Written in the open through 2024, one chapter at a time, as a way of thinking out loud: if building digital minds keeps handing us analogies for our own, then the two subjects are one subject. The chapters below are that first pass, unedited since.

It later became a book — Qualcuno Risponde, in Italian, rewritten from the ground up. This collection is the earlier, rougher, English version of the same argument.
